- We will provide you with references of work we have done in your area.
- We will provide you with samples of the material you select prior to installation.
- We have the staff to complete your project in a neat, timely, and professional manner.
- Our crew is trained to install your project properly, having ICPI Certified Installers on each project.
- We will complete your project before moving on to start a new one.
- We will arrive the week of the scheduled start date, and keep you informed if there are any unforeseen delays.
- We have the experience, knowledge, and equipment to install your project properly. Warranty work is performed on less than 1% of our completed projects.
- At the end of each work day, we will leave your jobsite in a neat and orderly manner.
- We will not perform any work above and beyond the original contract without your approval. You will be told the cost of any additional work before it is performed.
- Final payment will not be collected until you have examined the work and are satisfied.
- All details of the project will be accurately reflected on an itemized invoice.
- Any aspect of our work that you are not satisfied with will be corrected and covered by our two year warranty.
